- 2.25(1967)[15] : New Opposition played at Antiquity Club, Churchgate.
- 3.1(1968)[16] : The Opposition played at Royal Oak, Wigston.
- 3.2(1968)[16] : The Opposition played their last gig at Blaby Country Arms, London (a few days later, they changed their name to The Art).
- 2.25(1985)[33] : John opened 'Milo Studio' in London with Henry Crallan who was a former keyboard player of Kevin Ayres band. (According to Mr Crallan, John never took an active role in the Studio and stopped having any interest after about a few years.)
